Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing

S.C. WEBEFF INTL S.R.L. is aware of the importance of processing personal data and commits to protect their confidentiality and security by complying with Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR) as well as any other applicable law on the territory of Romania.

1. What type of personal data do we collect?

Personal data collected: name, surname, telephone, e-mail address.

Personal data will also be transmitted if we have to comply with a legal obligation at the request of government or executive authorities, to meet certain national or law enforcement requirements or to prevent certain illegal activities.

Excepting the above situations, we will not disclose, sell or lend any of your personal data to any third party without your prior consent.

This website and our services are intended for use by people aged 16 and over. In some cases, however, our services can also be accessed by minors. Their personal data will be stored and processed by us only with the prior, explicit and written consent of the parent or guardian. In the absence of this agreement, any personal data from a minor will be immediately removed from our database.

We are committed to ensuring the security of personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures, according to industry standards. The transmission of your personal data is done using state-of-the-art encryption algorithms using HTTPS technology with TSL 1.2 encryption and stored on secure servers while ensuring data redundancy. Despite the steps taken to protect your personal data, we note that the transmission of information via the Internet in general or through other public networks is not completely secure, with the risk that data may be seen and used by third unauthorized parties. We cannot be responsible for such vulnerabilities of systems that are not under our control.

9. Violation of personal data security

In the event of a personal data security breach, the Company will notify A.N.S.P.D.C.P. of this without undue delay and, if possible, no later than 72 hours from the date it became aware of it, except for the case in which it is unlikely to generate a risk to the rights and freedoms of individual

If we are merging or are acquired with / by another company, we may share information in accordance with our privacy standards. If such an event occurs, we will ask that the new entity follow this privacy agreement with respect to your personal information. If we intend to use your personal information for purposes other than those covered by this privacy policy, you will receive a prior notice of processing your personal information for the new purposes
